Haven't you read this passage of Scripture: "The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone;"

Have you not even read this [passage of] Scripture: The very Stone which [after putting It to the test] the builders rejected has become the Head of the corner [Cornerstone]AMP
And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:

For they had not understood about the loaves; their hearts were hardened.

For they failed to consider or understand [the teaching and meaning of the miracle of] the loaves; [in fact] their hearts had grown callous [had become dull and had lost the power of understanding].
