So the Twelve [apostles] convened the multitude of the disciples and said, It is not seemly or desirable or right that we should have to give up or neglect [preaching] the Word of God in order to attend to serving at tables and superintending the distribution of food. AMP

Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. KJV

Now John's disciples and the Pharisees were observing a fast; and [some people] came and asked Jesus, Why are John's disciples and the disciples of the Pharisees fasting, but Your disciples are not doing so? AMP

They were on the way going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking on in front of them; and they were bewildered and perplexed and greatly astonished, and those [who were still] following were seized with alarm and were afraid. And He took the Twelve [apostles] again and began to tell them what was about to happen to Him, AMP

And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him, KJV

And Jesus said to them, Come after Me and be My disciples, and I will make you to become fishers of men. AMP

And Jesus said to His disciples, Truly I say to you, it will be difficult for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven. AMP

IN THOSE days when [again] an immense crowd had gathered and they had nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and told them AMP

And after He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him. AMP

And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. KJV

Then He sternly and strictly charged and warned the disciples to tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ. AMP

Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ. KJV

For there were about 5,000 men. And [Jesus] said to His disciples, Have them [sit down] reclining in table groups (companies) of about fifty each. AMP

For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company. KJV
