If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (NIV)

For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile – the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him (NIV)

But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: (NIV)

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. (NIV)

For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation. (AMP)

Brothers and sisters, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. (NIV)

And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (NIV)
